When you buy

Checkout is run by Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments collects your name, email address, billing details and payment details, processes the payment and emails you the files. It does this as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

From Dodo Payments we receive your name, email address, country, what you bought, the amount paid and the order number. We never see your card details. We use this to fulfil your order and provide support (legal basis: performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet tax and accounting duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

When you email us

We use the content of your email, your address and our reply to answer your question (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Our email runs on Google Workspace, provided by Google.

When you visit this website

• Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in a secure, working website). See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It works without cookies and without following you across other websites. We only see totals, such as how many people visited a page and which website they came from (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• No cookies, no ad trackers. We don't set any cookies or advertising pixels.
• Fonts. Our fonts are stored on this website, so loading a page doesn't connect you to Google.
• One value in your browser. The landing page saves the end time of the limited-time price in your browser's local storage, so the countdown doesn't restart when you reload. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

The spreadsheets

When you copy the Budget Tracker or the Day-Of Timeline, the copy lives in your own Google Drive. We have no access to it and never see the figures you enter.

Who receives your data

• Dodo Payments — payment, invoicing and delivery of the files
• Cloudflare — hosting and visitor statistics
• Google — our email (Google Workspace)

Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States or other countries outside the EU. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the EU's standard contractual clauses.

We don't sell or rent your personal data, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've separately signed up for them.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which can be up to 10 years. Support emails are deleted once the matter is settled and they're no longer needed, unless they form part of an order record.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or restrict how we use it. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interests and ask to receive your data in a portable format. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) give you these rights. Email support@oneperfectdayguide.com and we'll reply within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.

Children

This product is meant for adults planning a wedding. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, for example by adding a new service, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
