Terms of Sale

These terms cover your purchase and use of One Perfect Day — The Wedding Day Blueprint (“the guide”), operated by MindPulse27 LLC (“we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in Georgia. By buying it, you agree to them.

1.Who sells it

Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, who acts as Merchant of Record. That means Dodo Payments is the seller on your receipt, takes the payment and handles sales tax and invoices. Their buyer terms apply to the payment itself. We are responsible for the product, its delivery and support.

2.What you're buying

A digital product, delivered by email straight after payment:

• 8 PDF guides, 148 pages in total
• The Wedding Budget Tracker, a Google Sheets template with 4 tabs
• The Day-Of Timeline, a Google Sheets template

Nothing physical is shipped. The spreadsheets are shared as “make a copy” links: you create your own copy in your Google Drive, which requires a free Google account.

Price. You pay the price shown at checkout. We sometimes offer the guide at a reduced price for a limited time. When that time runs out, the regular price applies.

3.Delivery

Dodo Payments emails your receipt and download links right after checkout. If nothing has arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then email support@oneperfectdayguide.com and we'll send it again.

4.What you may do with it

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the guide for planning your own wedding. That includes:

• sharing it with your partner, and sharing your copy of the spreadsheets with people helping you plan;
• printing it for your own use;
• keeping it on as many of your own devices as you like.

You may not resell it, post it publicly, upload it to file-sharing sites, pass it on to other couples, or use it as material in a paid planning service without our written permission. The text, design and spreadsheets remain ours.

5.All sales are final

The guide is a digital product delivered instantly, and you keep the files once you have them. For that reason there are no refunds. By completing your purchase you ask for immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that any right to cancel or withdraw ends once it has been delivered. Details are in our refund policy.

6.It's a guide, not professional advice

• Costs. Cost figures are 2026 US estimates drawn from published wedding surveys. Real prices vary by region, vendor and date. Use them as a starting point, not a quote.
• Contracts. The Vendors & Contracts section is a reading checklist, not legal advice. Contract law varies by state. For large sums, talk to a lawyer.
• The AI prompt. The Contract Check prompt is used with an AI tool of your choice, under that tool's own terms. Remove personal details before pasting anything. AI tools can be wrong, and you remain responsible for what you sign.
• Money. Nothing in the guide is financial advice.

7.Third-party services

The spreadsheets run on Google Sheets. We don't control Google's services, and your use of them is under Google's terms. If Google changes how Sheets works, we'll do our best to keep the templates working, but we can't guarantee it.

8.Liability

We put real care into the guide, but your wedding involves vendors, venues and decisions we have no part in. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from vendor contracts, bookings or decisions you make, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the guide. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

9.Changes

We may update the guide (for example, with new cost figures) and these terms. Changes to the terms apply to purchases made after the date shown at the top of this page.

10.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country, not the US state), where MindPulse27 LLC is registered. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
